         We pick you up  from your hotel and we visit the archaeological center of Sillustani. We will  observe impressive funeral tombs belonging to the Kolla culture (1200 - 1450 AD).  Their noble class (Caciques, priests) were buried in funeral towers called  chullpas. Their corpses were previously mummified and placed in fetus position  together with some of their belongings, such as gold and silver objects,  jewelry, ceramics, and food.Included:

 DAY 1: UROS & AMANTANI ISLANDS (L,D)
 Pick you up  from your hotel and transfer to the local pier. Then we will visit the floating  islands of Uros. Main acitivities in these Islands  -made of totora- are fishing, hunting, and handwork. We will then continue  towards Amantani island where a family is waiting for us to brings us home,  where we will stay this overnight in local family place, they provide their  typical food (accommodation and food are very basic). After  lunch all the group together walk up to highest point of the island to Pachamama and Pachatata ceremonial  centers(4.200 m). Here is the best  place to get pictures from all the surround  lake.
 
 DAY 2: TAQUILE ISLAND (B,L)
 At 07.30 am after family breakfast we continue by boat for about 2½ hours to the next island Taquile, here we have a  short trek around the island. Taquile Island is famous for its craft  production, particularly for its beautiful textiles, around these islands  there are ruins and Inca terracing. Afterwards we return to Puno.

 Day 3: TITICACA LAKE/TAKILE ISLAND/PUNO (B,L)
 Today we continue to visit the other island Takile  which is very famous for its textiles, later back to Puno and  overnight.
